This consent is given by the personal data subject upon registration in the PikDek service by checking the corresponding box. Checking the box is an affirmative action expressing consent in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data". The date, consent version, IP address, and User-Agent are recorded by the Operator as confirmation of the consent.
The personal data subject is the individual registering in the Service, identified by the email address provided at registration. Providing passport details is not required for registration. If consent is given by the subject's representative, it additionally states the representative's full name and the details of the document confirming their authority.

Processing may be assigned to the following parties operating within the Russian Federation: JSC YooMoney (YooKassa) — payment processing; Yandex LLC — AI content generation and analytics (Yandex Metrica); VK (Mail.ru) — sending email notifications. All such parties process data on servers located within the Russian Federation, only to the extent necessary to achieve the processing purposes.
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the parties listed in section 5, blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing is carried out by mixed means (with and without automation) over secure communication channels (HTTPS/TLS).
No cross-border transfer of personal data is carried out. All personal data is processed and stored exclusively on servers located within the Russian Federation.
The consent is valid from the moment it is given until the processing purposes are achieved or until it is withdrawn. The User may withdraw consent at any time by deleting the account in their personal dashboard or by sending a request to support@pikdek.com. After withdrawal, the Operator ceases processing and destroys the personal data within 30 days, except for data whose retention is mandatory by law.
Consent is confirmed by the User checking the "Consent to personal data processing" box at registration. The Operator records the fact, date, consent version, IP address, and User-Agent of the User.
